How soon can I expect results?
Although results for some may show as early as 4 weeks, we recommend you use Lumi Lash Enhancing Serum twice daily for up to 12 weeks to see optimal results. Healthy lashes take time.. Stay patient!

I have sensitive eyes, will this irritate them?
Lumi Lash was developed with us sensitive gals in mind. None of our ingredients are known irritants. If you have any known allergies to one or more ingredients in Lumi Lash Enhancing serum, please do not use the product. As with any product, we recommend you do a skin test first in a discrete spot - preferably your inner forearm. If in the rare case you have a mild reaction or moderate redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product at least temporarily until symptoms resolve.
How do I apply Lumi Lash?
We recommend applying Lumi Lash morning and night on a clean face before skincare products or makeup. Shake the bottle well, and apply directly to the upper and lower lash line, as you would eyeliner. Allow 1-2 minutes to dry. If the serum get’s directly in to your eyes, simply flush your eye with cold water, and take a break from use for at least 24hours.
Can I use Lumi Lash with extensions?
YES! It is actually encouraged to use Lumi Lash with extensions as that extra weight on your natural lash can cause stress and serious breakage. Lumi lash actively boosts hydration and strengthens your natural lash.
Can I use Lumi Lash while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Lumi Lash is 100% natural and vegan and contains no harmful chemicals, toxins or prostaglandins. While Lumi Lash contains no ingredients that have any known harmful effects on pregnant or nursing women, please review the ingredient list with your doctor before using.
What are the ingredients & are they safe?

Lumi Lash is safe for everyday use, with no known toxins or hormones. It is free of parabens, fragrances, and harmful prostaglandins.
Can age affect results?
It can. Our bodies naturally drop in hormone levels as we age. These drops can slow down the natural production of keratin, and our hair begins to lose the ability to retain moisture as effectively. Lumi Lash Enhancing serum has ingredients to counteract these circumstances, however results are sometimes slower to appear with advanced age. Please allow for 12 – 16 weeks of consistent use (morning and night) to see full luminous results.
What should I expect when switching from a hormone-based eyelash treatment to Lumi Lash Enhancing Serum?
After using a hormone-based eyelash treatment, we recommend waiting at least 12 weeks before using Lumi Lash Enhancing Serum. Hormone based eyelash serums are technically a type of steroid which give off an exogenous supply of hormones to the cells along your lash line. It’s important to give these cells a rest and allow for the glandular function in these cells to return to normal in order to experience normal results from other treatments.
